Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of UncleVen, including account, creator, community, educational, and owner-authorized YouTube-connected features.
Educational purpose
UncleVen content, calculators, AI outputs, images, community cases, and growing guidance are educational and informational tools. Important growing, business, food-safety, and other decisions must be verified independently.
Accounts and public content
Users are responsible for account security and submitted content. Content chosen for public sharing may appear in feeds, profiles, articles, search pages, community pages, and search-engine results.
Acceptable use and limitations
Users must not submit unlawful, unsafe, abusive, private, stolen, or rights-infringing material. FarmBrain and calculator outputs may be incomplete or unsuitable and do not replace professional advice.
YouTube-connected features
Connecting or using a YouTube feature also means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes information under the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked through Google Security permissions or available UncleVen connection controls.
Authorization and publishing instructions
You may connect only a channel you own or are authorized to manage. Each action must identify the channel, video, metadata, visibility, and schedule. You must expressly approve the action unless you deliberately enabled an optional auto-publishing rule. Public, unlisted, and scheduled API actions remain blocked until required compliance gates are approved.
Prohibited YouTube uses
You must not use UncleVen to scrape YouTube, automate views or engagement, mislead users, upload content without the necessary rights, bypass restrictions, or violate YouTube policies, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or another person's rights.
